VIDEO: “The Eleyi Of Ogun State” – Fayemi Introduces Dapo Abiodun At APC Rally
Ekiti State Governor, Dr. Kayode Fayemi has addressed his Ogun State counterpart, Governor Dapo Abiodun as the “The Eleyi of Ogun State” at the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship rally in the State on Tuesday.
While introducing the Ogun governor at the rally, Fayemi said he was told that he did not introduce Abiodun properly as the “Eleyi of Ogun state”.
The Ekiti Governor said, “I have just been informed that I did not introduce governor Dapo Abiodun properly as the Eleyi of Ogun state.”
Immediately after the Fayemi’s comment, the APC chieftains standing on the podium, including Abiodun, started laughing.
The title is a comical reference to Bola Tinubu’s speech when he was addressing Ogun State delegates during his presidential campaign visit to the State earlier this month.
