The All Peoples Congress (APC) has released the routes that President Muhammadu Buhari will ply on Saturday during his campaign tour of Lagos state.
The event, although being on a weekend, is expected to cause gridlock in some parts of the metropolis.
Before the presidential mega rally, the president will visit some places including the palace of the Oba of Lagos, Rilwan Akiolu.
Buhari will contest for another term on February 16.
The Presidential Movement Routes are as follows:
- ROUTE ONE (MOTORCADE) PRESIDENTIAL WING – OBA OF LAGOS PALACE:
From Presidential Wing – Airport Road – Airport Toll Gate – Ajao Estate – Oshodi Oke – Anthony Oke – Gbagada – Oworonshoki – Third Mainland Bridge – Adekunle Inter-section – Adeniji Adele Junction – Oba Of Lagos Palace. - ROUTE TWO (MOTORCADE) OBA OF LAGOS PALACE – STATE HOUSE MARINA
From Oba of Lagos Palace – Oyebanji – Third Mainland Bridge – Obalende – Onikan Bridge –Onikan Round About – TBS – State House Marina.
- ROUTE THREE (MOTORCADE) OBA OF LAGOS PALACE –TESLIM BALOGUN STADIUM
From State House Marina – Obalende –Third Mainland Bridge – Adekunle Intersection – Adekunle Junction – Herbert Macaulay Way –Jibowu Under Bridge –Moshalashi Junction (By Empire ) – Abati Barracks – Ojuelegba Bridge –Teslim Balogun Stadium.
