Toke Makinwa Files For Divorce From Ex-Hubby, Maje Ayida; Alleges Adultery, Cruelty & More [See Court Papers]
Media Personality and Popular OAP, Toke Makinwa has filed for divorce from her estranged husband, Maje Ayida.
Toke has been separated from her husband since 2015 when it was discovered that Maje cheated on her with another woman, Anita Solomon, whom he got pregnant in the process.
After several reports that the couple may have reunited, it now appears that the Rhythm FM On-Air-Personality has finally moved on.
Toke has filed a petition dated March 9, through her lawyers, seeking for the dissolution of her marriage to Maje, a fitness trainer.
The popular celebrity cited “cruelty, irreconcilable differences and adultery” as grounds for seeking divorce.
Justice Pedro of the Lagos State High Court is expected to oversee the divorce proceedings.
