Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has presented the 2024 Appropriations Bill to five of his allies in the state House of Assembly on Wednesday.
This occurred shortly after the House of Assembly complex demolition had underway.
The meeting was not attended by the 27 House members who support Nyesom Wike, the minister of the Federal Capital Territory.
The 27 legislators recently decamped to the All Progressives Congress (APC) from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
