Zimbabwe-based clergyman Pastor Tito Wats has been arrested by the police for financial crime after he sold tickets so people would enter heaven.

It was gathered that Wats told thousands of people that Jesus appeared to him, then gave him tickets to people, especially sinners, for $500 so that they could also enter heaven.

“I don’t care what people or the police are saying about me, I am being persecuted because of doing the work of God,” he said.

“Jesus Christ appeared to me and gave me the tickets made of pure gold so that I can sell to people who want salvation.”

Meanwhile thousands of people are protesting at the pastor’s arrest, calling on his release as they are using their money to buy salvation.

The Bible has made us to understand that in the book of Matthew 24, that many will be led astray by false prophecies. Jesus has said that many will come in his name to deceive many. I urge Christians to take heed lest they fall. It is obviously unscriptural for one to buy salvation. Look at your Bible again, and you will see that no one ever bought salvation with a token. If we buy salvation, why then did Jesus Christ die on the cross? Isaiah 55 said we should buy and eat without money, that means salvation is free. Look into the Bible again, all those that were saved never bought their salvation. BE CAREFUL, BE WARNED.
