The Lagos State Directorate of Public Prosecution, DPP, will tomorrow arraign a medical director of Optimal Healthcare Company, Dr. Femi Olaleye, for allegedly raping his wife’s niece, a 15-year old minor.
According to Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw, Olaleye, had allegedly deflowered the victim, and continually threatened her not to speak to anyone about the incidence.
Kate said she has worked with Dr. Femi Olaleye, for years after he approached her and asked her to partner with his medical foundation to advocate against cancer.
Slamming the doctor on Instagram, Kate insisted that the doctor confessed to her and she warned that he will not get away with it.
Following the public outcry, the Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Agency, DSVRA, takes over the case for further investigation.
At the conclusion of investigation, DSVRA recomended the Doctor for trial and forwarded the case file to DPP.
In a letter written by the State Government to the doctor seen by this platform, DPP, revealed that his arraignment will be coming up tomorrow, Monday, November, 21, 2022 before Justice R.A Oshodi of the Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court, Roseline Omotosho Court House, Ikeja, Lagos
