JUST IN: Nigeria Army Intercepts “Anambra-Bound” Truck-Load Of Smuggled Ammunition

Members of the 192nd battalion of the Nigerian army apprehended two suspected smugglers who were driving a vehicle loaded with ammunition in Ogun state.

The suspects were detained on Saturday, according to a statement released on Monday afternoon by army spokeswoman Onyema Nwachukwu.

He claimed that before colliding with an army-installed stop-and-search cordon in Ogun, they were delivering the illegal ammunition to Anambra.
