Nuhu Ribadu, national security adviser, says the attackers of Joe Ajaero, president of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), have been arrested.
Ribadu called on labour unions to call off their statewide strike in a statement made on Wednesday by Zakari Mijinyawa, chief of strategic communications in the NSA’s office, saying that an inquiry into the assault on Ajaero in Imo had begun.
