The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), on Wednesday, announced that Nigeria would launch new currency notes on December 15, 2022.
According to Godwin Emefiele, governor of the bank who made the announcement, the new currencies to be launched are N1,000, N500, and N200 notes
