BREAKING: Budget Padding Not An Offence, I Remain Speaker – Dogara Talks Tough
Embattled Speaker of the House of Representatives Yakubu Dogara on Friday said he would not resign, despite the allegation of budget padding levelled against him by former House Chairman on Appropriation, Abdulmumin Jibrin.
He made this known while addressing Journalists after meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
He also said budget padding was not an offence.
