Battle Of The Century: Evander Holyfield To Fight Bola Ahmed Tinubu In Lagos

The Nigerian Nobel Laureate, Wole Soyinka has been selected to officiate a boxing match between former governor of Lagos state, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and five-time world Heavyweight Boxing champion, Evander Holyfield.

Reports stated that the boxing match between the duo themed “Rhumbles in Lagos” will hold on May 25 at the Eko Atlantic City.

Speaking ahead of the fight, Bola Ahmed Tinubu said: “I can’t wait to knock Evander down. I am the real champion of the world”.

We heard that this match is part of the event to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Lagos State, chaired by Professor Soyinka.
