Mahmood Yakub, chairman, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), is currently briefing the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari.
Also expected to brief the council is Alkali Baba, the inspector general of police, who was not in the council chamber at the presidential villa when the meeting commenced at 9:58 am.
