Senator Shehu Sani (APC-Kaduna Central) has asked state governors to stop the constant visits to President Muhammadu Buhari.
This comes on the backdrop of a
recent visit by governors elected on the platform of the APC to Daura, the president’s home, to pay him a condolence visit.
Sani, taking to his Twitter account, said:
“The President must put a stop to d new sycophantic political ritual where Governors abandon their duty post, travelling all d way on a daily basis to climb d Rock of Aso in order to pledge or renew their loyalty.
“They leave behind a moribund deputy & a people at d mercy of Gunmen.”
