Aiyedatiwa Announces First Set Of Appointments As Ondo Governor

Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has made five key appointments after taking his oath of office.

Gatekeepers News reports that in a statement signed by the State Deputy Chief of Staff, Olusegun Omojuwa on Wednesday, Aiyedatiwa announced a seasoned journalist, Mr Ebenezer Adeniyan, as his Chief Press Secretary and Sunday Abire as Special Assistant on New Media.

Other appointments are Smart Omodunbi as Special Assistant to the Governor (Political Matters), Motunrayo Oyedele as Special Assistant to the Governor (Photography), and Temitayo Iperepolu as Special Assistant to the Governor (Domestic and Government House).

Aiyedatiwa took the oath of office as the 7th governor of the state following the passing of Governor Akeredolu due to prostate cancer.

Adeniyan, who was appointed as the new Chief Press Secretary is a multiple-award-winning journalist, media consultant, author, unionist, and Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of TRACE News Magazine.

Before his new appointment, he was the Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the immediate past Minister of State for Transportation, Prince Ademola Adegoroye.
