Superstar Singer and DB Records Boss, Dapo Oyebanjo, popularly known as Dbanj has assured his teaming fans and millions of creative individuals of maximum support from his latest outfit ‘THE CREAM PLATFORM’.
Dbanj made this known yesterday at the one-year anniversary of CREAM Platform which was held at Reinassance hotel, Ikeja GRA, Lagos.
The one year anniversary witnessed the announcement of the CREAM Lottery winners by the president himself Dbanj, the raffle draw was conducted using mobile phone numbers as entry tickets. Five winners emerged within and outside Lagos respectively, after the draw, and were awarded cash prizes in Lagos.
Nigerian singer Harry Song and Godwin Tom, artiste manager, were amongst the industry heads present to mentor the winners.
Dbanj revealed that the CREAM platform is worth about $100 million.
He said: “It was valued by KPMG, nine months into the platform. We haven’t done any evaluation since then.
“I am sure it has increased because we have had great partnership and expansions.”
When asked how he has been able to combine business with personal life, he said; “Staying focused continually. Be private with your life.
“With my glasses I am D’banj, without it I am Daniel.”

BREAKING: Naira Marley Arraigned For Alleged Fraud, Remanded In Prison
Nigerian musician, Azeez Fashola, aka Naira Marley, has been arraigned at the Federal High Court in Lagos for an alleged credit card fraud.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) charged him with 11-counts of the offence.
He pleaded not guilty before Justice Nicolas Oweibo.
The judge adjourned until May 30 for hearing of his bail application.
Justice Oweibo ordered that the musician be remanded in prison custody until his bail application is determined.
Fashola risks seven years in jail if found guilty in accordance with Section 33 (2) of the Cyber Crimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc) Act, 2015.
The charge, numbered FHC/L/178C/19 was filed last Wednesday.
Some of the credit cards, according to the EFCC, bore Nicole Louise Malyon, and Timea Fedorne Tatar.
The alleged crimes were in contravention of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act and the Cyber Crimes Act.
The charge read in part: “That you, Azeez Adeshina Fashola, aka Naira Marley, and Raze (still at large), on or about the 11th day of December 2018, within the jurisdiction of this honourable court, conspired amongst yourselves to use Access card 42658840359191132 issued to persons other than you in a bid to obtain gain and you thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 27(1)(b) of the Cyber Crimes (Prohibition, Prevention etc) Act 2015 and punishable under Section 33(2) of the Same Act.
“That you, Azeez Adeshina Fashola, aka Naira Marley, and Raze (still at large), on or about the 10th day of May 2019, within the jurisdiction of this honourable court, with intent to defraud possessed counterfeit card 4921819410257431 issued to Timea FedorneTatar and you thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under Section 33(9) of Cyber Crimes (Prohibition, Prevention etc) Act 2015.”
The singer, who was detained on May 10, is controversial for repeatedly praising internet fraudsters, popularly called Yahoo boys, in his songs and on social media.
Naira Marley was arrested alongside his friend and fellow musician, Zlatan Ibile who was released last Wednesday.
Tiamiu Kayode, Adewunmi Moses and Abubakar Musa, his crew members, were also released.

UPDATE: Naira Marley, Zlatan Remain In EFCC Custody
Issa Goal hit singer, Afeez Fashola (aka Naira Marley) and Zanku originator, Temidayo Omoniyi (aka Zlatan), who were arrested on Friday morning by the Economic and Financial Crimea Commission in connection with alleged cases of internet fraud and money laundering, were still in detention on Saturday night, PUNCH reports.
The EFCC’s acting Head, Media and Publicity, Tony Orilade, in an interview with our correspondent, confirmed that the artistes had not been released.
Orilade said, “They are still with us as we are talking.”
Asked if the singers would spend the weekend in custody, he said, “They are still with us. When they are released, I will let you know.”
The EFCC arrested the singers based on “intelligence report” allegedly linking them to cybercrime offences.
The commission said the artistes were apprehended along with three other suspects, Tiamiu Abdulrahman, Adewunmi Adeyanju and Musa Abubakar, following an early morning raid at 9, Gbangbola Street, Ikate, Lekki, Lagos.
A statement by the EFCC had said,“At the point of arrest, the commission recovered a number of items, including laptops from the suspects. They have so far volunteered information about their involvement in the alleged criminal activities, even as investigations continue.”
The commission last year launched Operation Cyber Storm to curb the activities of internet fraudsters.
Over 150 suspects have been reportedly arrested across the country.
Naira Marley last week released a song titled ‘Am I a Yahoo Boy?’, which sparked controversy on social media.
Following the release, veteran rapper, Michael Ugochukwu Stephens, popularly known as Ruggedman, in a video that went viral last week, criticised the song.
Naira Marley responded to the criticism in an Instagram Live video ridiculing Ruggedman.
However, the rap artiste stated that he had to express his opinion about Naira Marley’s comments because they had rubbed off on other musicians in Nigeria.
He also said he had his brand to protect, adding that he could not watch someone else “drag his name and brand in the mud”.
