Ace Nigerian rapper, Ice Slim has accused Peter Okoye of P-Square to stop appearing as his doppelganger.
Peter was called out and accused of stealing the rapper’s hairstyle.
Ice Slim however pleaded with the singer to please stop copying his hairdo as that what makes him stand out.
Aside Peter Okoye, those called out also includes Phyno and X-Busta who was also accused by the same rapper for coping his hairdo.
According to Ice Slim, the hairdo, Mohawk was started by him in Nigeria, and the likes of Phyno and P-square replicated it.
Afterwards, it was said that he changed his hairdo to a single braid at the back and X-Busta has also reproduced it.
This had caused the rappers outburst in a recent interview as he begs that his current hairdo should not be reproduced.
In his words: “I try to constantly reinvent my hairstyle, so as to not look like anyone else. When I started the Mohawk in Nigeria, I saw the likes of Phyno and Peter (P-Square) replicate it.
“I later changed my hairstyle and decided to just do one single braid going to the back, now I see X-Busta and a few others have reproduced it, once again. If they weren’t entertainers, this would probably be fine. Well, I’ve changed it yet again! Please o, no more copy copy.”

K1 To Sponsor Kid Artist’s Education
In what looks like a divine arrangement, Fuji Music Legend, King Wasiu Ayinde Mashal, popularly known as K1 De Ultimate has thrown his weight behind Oluwatobi Ilelolawa, the 12 year-old Primary Six pupil, who sketched President Muhammadu Buhari’s portrait with pen (Biro) without alteration few days ago.
Less than an hour after THISDAY Newspapers’ Brands and Marketing Editor, Raheem Akingbolu published the story of the boy on his Facebook page, K1, through his publicist, Kunle Rasheed, reached out to the writer. K1, the father of modern Fuji Music said he was touched by the story of the boy and offered to sponsor his post-primary education to the university level.
K1 described the boy as a raw talent that must be guided, supported and not allowed to waste.
“I was touched when the story was brought to my notice and I see it as one of those things one can do to impact the society. Education is key to success and who knows the boy we are talking about may be a governor or President in the making. He may become another Ben Enwonwu, Bruce Onobrakepya, Wole Soyinka or an international Artist of repute in the future. If the society fails to give him the needed support now, posterity will not forgive us. This is the time to lift a hand and groom a talent for posterity.”
Meanwhile, arrangements are being made to introduce the promising artist to his new benefactor and perfect ways through which his mentorship and sponsorship would be handled.
Na Una Papa Get Stroke, No Be Me — Nollywood Actor Mr Ibu Blasts Rumor Peddlers
Nollywood comic actor, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr Ibu, has debunked trending social media reports that he has been plagued with stroke.
The new media was awash on Thursday with reports that the 57-year-old iconic actor was hit by a mysterious stroke shortly after he returned from a trip to Owerri, Imo State.
The President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Emeka Rollas, was even quoted as saying that “the actor was fast recovering”.
The sad news generated deep concerns from industry watchers, especially fans of the actor, calling for prayers and support for him.
However, in a latest video published on his Instagram Page, Mr Ibu, who is seen “loving up with his wife”, flayed the stroke report, saying he has handed those peddling the rumour to God.
He said: “Oh God! People are saying that I have stroke, that I am down with stroke. Why?
“How can you announce somebody’s sickness and you have many, you don’t even announce one.
“I don’t have any stroke please. This is my wife, my humble wife. Well, we hand over everything to God.
“I have been receiving calls from across the world, and I don’t know who is spreading this false news about me. I don’t know what they are saying. Na their papa get stroke.”
